You can make Haitian pikliz easily. Your family members, especially the kids, will thank you for it!
Here is a list of the basic ingredients:
First, you must have a container to put all the ingredients in. Let's say you have a large bottle, a jar or anything you can close afterwards.
Depending on the amount of people you want to serve, start with 3 grated carrots, a teaspoon of olive oil, one or two grated onions, 3 cups of crushed, minced leaves of cabbage, 1 cup of peas, 1 teaspoon of salt; then add 1 teaspoon of pepper, 1 teaspoon of crushed garlic; add 6 cut peppers;
add some white vinagre.
Do not forget your onions, carrots, and cabbages. Well, you can other ingredients of your choice.
